I do love a good biscotti. But I’ve never had banana biscotti before. So I whipped up a batch of these (with chocolate chips) and left them on the counter for a gathering I was going to at noon.

You would think I would know by now not to leave things out on the counter. My cat jumped up, right smack into the middle of my nicely arranged platter of biscotti. He sent them flying every which direction.

Fortunately, most of them landed on the counter instead of the floor. So I was able to salvage the majority of them.

They were quite the hit! Everybody loved them and wanted the recipe. Of course, I sent them to my blog. Where else would you go to get a great cookie recipe, hmm?????
