I do love a pretty cookie, don’t you? Those cookies that are just a pleasure to look at. The ones you almost hate to bite into…. almost. But then you do, and you’re so glad you did. Because not only do they look pretty, but they taste really great too. Yep, I do love a pretty cookie.

I love to find cookies that are just a big different from the usual, “mix-drop-and-bake” cookies.

Personally, I think Waffle Cookies should be far more well known in this country. They’re awesome!

I have to tell you, these Apple Cinnamon Shortbread Cookies are especially good. No matter which version of this recipe you bake, you’ll end up with something delicious.
