I’m having a hard time with the fact that Halloween is over. I mean lets face it. At this point, the holidays are going to ZOOOOOOMMMM past us at roughly the speed of light, leaving us a bit haggard, a little broke, and definitely… a few pounds heavier.
So here’s my philosophy on the whole thing. If you’re gonna be tired and a few pounds heavier anyway, at least have some fun getting there!

Persimmons. There really is no other fruit that so specifically speaks to this time of year. You can’t help but think of fall and the fall holidays when you see a beautiful bowl of these amazing little fruits.
