So I think I’m on a roll with the bar cookies as of late. I’m really into them for some reason. They just suddenly seem like the perfect comfort food to me.
The bars I have for you today are no exception. These Chocolate Caramel Bars are fantastic! The perfect end to a hard day’s work.
I also love that these are 100% organic. While I didn’t have all organic ingredients on hand, I definitely appreciate the organic focus as I am more and more getting on the organic bandwagon myself.
If you’ve had a hard day, and just need something to sink your teeth into, these are the bars for you!
