Well, for those of you who like your cracked eggs and nuts, these Mixed-Nuts Meringue Cookiesare just divine! This is a light and crunchy cookie that goes perfect with a cup o’ Joe. They won’t sit in your tummy like a ton of bricks either (well, unless you eat the whole batch like one over sized cookie monster in my house).

Go ahead, add a little “nuttiness” to your day. It’ll “transport” you here to our sunny California beaches. And that’s a good thing, right?
