Nutella is an amazing invention. It’s such a wonderful treat to keep in the house. I just love the creamy texture and hazelnut flavor that little jar provides. It’s such a unique flavor all on it’s own. Very European.

So it stands to reason that it would be really good baked into a cookie. And you know what? It is!

These Nutella Peanut Butter Pillows were sooooo totally yummers! (Sorry, that’s the California girl in me coming out. I do apologize. I’ll try to control myself). They were such a lovely combination of hazelnuts and peanuts. I just loved them, and I’m not a peanut butter fan.

The center was soft and chewy, just the way I like them. But the edges did have a bit of crispness to them just as the recipe promised.

Don’t pass this one up guys. It’s a wonderful way to pep up your cookie baking routine. Especially if you’re getting tired of eating the same ol’ cookies over and over again.
