Ooh, la la! These Palmiers are tre chic!

This is the perfect delicate cookie for a ladies luncheon or tea. If you’ve never tried one before, ~gasp!~ you’ve simply GOT to bake yourself a batch.

Yes, that’s right, I said bake the entire batch for yourself. You don’t have to eat them all in one sitting, but you may want to.

The best part? You only need two ingredients to make them! Puff pastry and sugar. You just can’t get any more simple than that.

The French really know how to do it right when it comes to sweet, delectable treats. They keep it simple, elegant and always, always delicious.

This is the cookie you bake when you want to impress. So go ahead… impress somebody!
