I really need to stop baking with peanut butter. My poor husband seems to put on 10 pounds every time I do. He just can’t say no to anything with peanut butter.

But what’s a girl to do? I have to try every cookie recipe I come across at least once… right? It’s my curse in life. I just can’t say no to a cookie.

In fact, I may even write my own cookie recipe book! (Hmmm… the wheels are turning…)

Anywhoo, back to the peanut butter. So my husband came home from work, took one sniff of the kitchen, and didn’t even say hello to the cat who was patiently waiting for a scratch under his furry, orange chin. Nope, Michael came straight to the kitchen, bypassed dinner, and went straight for the cookies. He never did eat dinner…
